Rules and Regulations
A cemetery trustee must be notified before installation, preferably 24-hour notice.
No marble markers are allowed. Granite or Bronze markers only.
Single markers may not be greater than 34” wide.
Double markers may not be greater than 68” wide.
Foundations to be as follows:
For single markers-23” minimum depth or to the vault
For double markers-32” minimum depth or to the vault.
For monuments-36” minimum depth or to the vault.
All foundations must be poured using gravel, sand, and Portland cement.
Memorials at the foot of a grave must be flush with the ground.
A 4” thick precast pad must be used under all memorials.
A 4” wash is required around all memorials at ground level.
A ½” of sand is required between the foundation and the Precast Pad.
Memorials are to be kept in line with others in that row.
Gravesites must be paid for before installation
Any variations or changes to the above MUST BE APPROVED BY THE CEMETERY BOARD.

No planting of bushes (rose bushes, etc.).
No planting of shrubs.
No planting of trees.
Flowers are to be planted only by marker (head and/or foot).
No urns are allowed except those that are part of the monument or marker.
No glass containers.
Artificial flowers and shepherds’ hooks are permitted.
Winter flowers are to be removed by March 15th.
Spring, summer, and fall flowers are to be removed by November 1st.
10. Christmas decorations (wreaths, etc.) are to be removed by January 31st.
*The cemetery custodian has the authority to remove any of the above items that do not comply with the Cemetery rules and regulations.
